Raising a child is not easy. And we know that our lives will never be the same again once children are born. The joys of parenthood go hand in hand with increased responsibilities, providing for the needs of the little ones and a lack of time for oneself. That said, sometimes one simply has to take a break, even if your child is with you.

This is exactly what the subject of the story we are about to tell you about here did. A mother who, in need of a break, did something with her infant son that got her harshly criticized.

A photo that has now gone viral, shows a woman chatting amiably with someone while sipping a drink at a bar. Nothing notable here. But this specific case, however, what attracted everyone's attention was what was "attached" to the back of the woman's barstool: her infant son.

Placed in a harness, the baby was hooked to the back of the stool like one would do with a jacket or a backpack. This was not at all appreciated by web users who saw the photo.

"She could have had her baby in her arms or in a high chair like everyone else does," commented one user, while another said: "That photo clearly says that this mother doesn't care about her child and that the infant is just an accessory for her". "I don't even hang up my bag like that, let alone a baby"; "What an awful display of parenting." And so on with many other comments that lambasted this mother.

But that's not to say there weren't a few positive comments: "I don't understand the reason for all this negativity - commented one person - If the child was sleeping and he was fine, where's the problem of leaving him on the back of a stool".

What's your opinion about this incident?
