In life, everyone imagines the path they will follow and goals they hope to achieve. For many, these expectations relate to work; for others, it's all about family. But most agree that having a child is one of the best things that can happen and a goal to strive for. When you bring a baby into the world, you only have eyes for your infant.

There are many things you have to do to raise a child: some are easy, some are not. And one task is breastfeeding. This is a private moment when two bodies come together for a special and unique moment. The women who have experienced breastfeeding know this very well. Unfortunately, the subject of this story has had this special mother-baby time marred.

Taking care of ones children and keeping them safe is every parent's job. Everything possible must be done so that the little ones do not any problems and can grow up peacefully without suffering any "trauma". But this mother's story is somewhat different...

Afiqah Hasanah shot a short clip in which she recounts the moment when she made a shocking discovery about her baby. Busy with work, Afiqah left her baby with a friend of hers: she trusted her friend and knew that nothing bad would happen to her child. Unfortunately, Afiqah was proved totally wrong on this assumption. Here is her recounting of the incident:

"One day, I was busy with a thousand things to do and I left my son with my friend. At one point, however, I noticed that she was holding Haider (the name of my baby) in her arms and was doing something that didn't seem normal to me. I approached my friend and I was dumbstruck by what I saw: my friend was breastfeeding my baby without my permission. When I asked her what she was doing, she told me she only did it to calm him down: the baby was hungry, he was crying and she calmed him down by breastfeeding him. I didn't believe this because I had given him his milk only a short time before".

Ostensibly, the matter ended there. But the friend - or rather, now former friend - was caught breastfeeding the child again - this time by the child's grandmother. "I am very upset by what happened and I can't get it out of my head," said Afiqah. She added: "I can no longer trust anyone to babysit and leaving Haider with anyone has become impossible for me, at least, for the moment".

Obviously, this can be a very traumatic thing to happen to a young mother. At the delicate, breastfeeding phase of the relationship with your child, it is best for others not to interfere in any way whatsoever. Not to mention that giving a baby only its mother's milk is also much healthier and hygienic for the child.

What do you think about this story and how would you have reacted in this mother's shoes?
