A pit bull was immobile --- rescuers make a chilling discovery!

The perfidy and cruelty of some people did not end with the abandonment of a defenseless dog!

No, in fact, the owners of this pit bull decided to exasperate its pain and suffering by tieing its legs, paws, and muzzle. The unfortunate, animal was unable to move, could not bark, and he was, therefore, destined to die within a short time in the most atrocious manner.  

Fortunately, the people who found this dog immediately intervened to save him. Now he is in good hands and, surrounded by the love of people who really care for him, he is regaining his confidence in human beings.
