An officer frees a dog caught in a wire fence -- then something incredible happens!

A police officer, Nick Sheppard, receives an emergency call to free a dog trapped in a wire fence on private property. When the officer arrives he sees how the dog is trapped and realizes the seriousness of the situation! 

Fortunately, with a pair of wire cutters, in a few minutes, he is able to free the trapped and frightened dog, however, it immediately runs away preventing Nick from capturing him and taking him back to its owner. But when the officer goes to his police car he cannot believe his eyes --- and neither will you!
