One case that has garnered a lot of attention online is that of @world.shaker - a husband and father who shared via Instagram, a video about what he had done at home to help relieve his wife's burden just before he had to be away on a six-day business trip.
In the video, the husband showed what he had done before leaving: "I have vacuumed the house, washed and folded all the laundry. After putting our oldest daughter to bed, I plan to wash the dishes so that you have clean dishes ready. Since I usually prepare dinner for our young children, I have also prepared their breakfast, so that it will be ready in the morning. And I have also prepared 5 changes of clothes for the kids," he said.
The father explained that choosing clothes for his children in advance is not easy: "It's not just about combinations or items that go well together. I also looked at the weather forecast to choose the clothes: Wednesday, it's t-shirts and light trousers because it will be hot. It will be cold on Friday, so thicker pants, long-sleeved shirts and sweats," he explained.
Finally, he also thought about how he could give his wife a rest when he returned and gave her a little surprise: "I booked a hotel room for her, so that she can have some time for herself after I return. It's little things like this that have a big, positive impact," he commented. Many people, especially women, praised this husband and father, some stating "he is a rock-star of a husband".
