One of the most wonderful experiences one can have is falling in love. This emotion binds our mind and body to another person: the desire to be together at all times is wonderful...while it lasts. But if falling in love is wonderful, the opposite is often true when a relationship ends. Sometimes, it is possible for the parties involved to remain civil with each other, but this is practically impossible when the cause of the split is because of cheating and betrayal.

The woman who is the subject of this story suffered a bitter disappointment in her love-life. Let's find out what happened:

Kate Harvey is a woman in her fifties, was married for more than 25 years and has 3 children. Her life was great before something changed her life forever: her husband cheated on her.

Kate was devastated by this act of betrayal. She was hurt, furious and fell into a depression.

Separating from someone we love is never easy, as you can imagine. Kate was in this situation and it was not easy for her to overcome the trauma. Eventually, however, she found the courage to change her life.

Kate signed up to an online dating site and started dating several men: "In the first few months after I turned 50, I dated 12 men, then I stopped keeping track," she said.

Kate has been reborn, so to speak: her fears about no longer being attractive and desirable were quickly dispelled by the large number of men who have dated her. She felt rejuvenated and her views about relationships have changed dramatically. She is now more carefree, self-confident and more satisfied having non-committal, short-term romantic liaisons.

Kate revealed that she has gone out with dozens of men and in her preferred age range - 38 to 44 years. In Kate's case a betrayal has triggered a "middle-age reawakening". What do you think of Kate's new philosophy of life?
