When fate decides to intervene, there is nothing one can do to prevent the succession of inexorable chain of events from happening, whether they be positive or negative. Many people don't believe in a predetermined plan, while others believe in sheer randomness. Whatever you believe, the story of LaQuedra Edwards is unbelievable. The woman wanted to buy a scratch card from a vending machine and, just at the moment of choosing her purchase, someone bumped into her by mistake, making her to press the wrong button. It was a small accident that caused LaQuedra to buy a winning ticket, worth $10 million dollars.

And who says fate will never comes knocking at one’s door?

This incredible story happened in a supermarket in Tarzana, California, when LaQuedra Edwards decided to put $ 40 in a Scratch and Win vending machine. The woman was still undecided on which tickets to buy and, just as she was about to decide, a stranger accidentally bumped into her, causing her to press a random button. Destiny, therefore, seemed to want the woman to buy a $ 30 scratch card from 200X Scratchers. The amazing thing is, that thanks to this small accidental bump, the woman has become rich overnight - literally.

In fact, it turned out that the $ 30 ticket she had bought by accident, was the winning one: a $ 10,000,000 jackpot ($10 million)! But at the moment of the accidental bump, LaQuedra’s initial reaction was not that of a jackpot winner ...

LaQuedra Edwards was terribly annoyed after the stranger bumped into her without even apologizing. The accidental bump had made her spend a lot of money on a single ticket - usually the woman would spend the same amount for a selection of scratch cards at a lower price. She still didn't know, of course, that the $ 30 ticket was hiding an incredible prize:

"At first I couldn’t really believe it, I just started driving and kept looking at the ticket. Then I stopped, looked at it again and again, scanned it with the California Lottery app on my mobile phone and continued to think that it simply couldn't be true. I'm still shocked. All I remember saying, once I found out how much I had just won, was: I'm finally rich!" she recounted.

What's she going to do with all this money? First, she said she will buy a house, then, according to her later claims, she will start a charity. And what would you do with $ 10 million dollars?
