They are the small gestures, those full of love and consideration, that manage to make the difference in a person's life.

The story of little Isabella Pieri and the driver of her school bus, shows us and teaches how little it takes to give a smile and a little relief in a moment that seems almost impossible to overcome.

Little Isabella, in fact, is an 11-year-old girl who has lost her mother for a couple of years - a terrible experience, especially for such a small child, who comes back every day of her life even in small things.

The father tries hard not to make her feel the lack of the mother too much, but one thing that he really failed to learn was how to comb her hair in a nice way.

Fortunately, every day a woman with a heart of gold thinks about this: the school bus driver Isabella takes every morning.

The day Isabella returned home with a different look than the usual - surely, different from how she had left her home the morning - her father saw the beautiful hairstyle that someone had made to her daughter.

The girl had complained about the problem with Tracy, the school bus driver, who didn't think twice about doing something about it.

From that day on, Tracy spends a few minutes talking to Isabella and combing her hair. A beautiful friendship was born between the two and Isabella is much happier with her hairstyle now.

As Tracy said: 'Sometimes we do two French braids and sometimes only one. I also taught her to comb her hair. When she got on the bus she said to me: 'I combed my hair alone, are they fine?' And I replied: 'You were very good'

A gesture that may seem trivial but which, in addition to lightening the burden on the father, gave little Isabella a little more self-esteem.
