What has been done to this dog is absurd, but her transformation is impressive !

Looking at these pictures you understand that mankind is really made up of very different individuals. If, on the one hand there are those who spend their lives helping others (human or animal that may be), on the other there are people capable of horrible and unexplainable actions. This organisation, for example, has been called to rescue a dog that her owner was starving ON PURPOSE... but luckily the little Angel manages to recover wonderfully.
