This poor puppy was covered in tar, but look how they save him ... !

A 3 month old puppy was trapped in a deep layer of tar on a street in reconstruction in India. Unable to move, he was destined to an atrocious death if a guy had not noticed him, extracted him from the pool and taken him to Animal Aid, a rescue organisation. After several treatments they re able to free him: look what a miracle!
