Work is fundamental in life: it keeps us busy, it gives us a lot of satisfaction, and above all, it allows us to survive. In fact, if you don't have a job, it is very difficult to get ahead in life and support a family. A salary pays your bills. But what if something goes wrong and, for whatever reason, you don't get paid for your labour? What should you do?

The subject of this story has found a rather dramatic way to demonstrate his displeasure about not being paid for his work. Here is his story:

The incident took place in Liverpool, England, where the man was working on the construction of a new hotel. Unfortunately, it seems the employer was not very good about paying out the workers salaries on time. This sent the man into a rage and he decided to take action against the construction company.

In a video that went viral, we see the moment in which the worker takes his revenge for not being paid and decides to enter the construction site driving an excavator. The man's aim was to destroy all the work he had done but not been paid for.

Apparently, according to various statements taken later, the man was owed € 700 euros, but, after failing to be paid, he decided to get his revenge. In just a few minutes, he destroyed the hotel entrance, the electrical system, doors and other areas of the lobby. The damage to the property was extensive, amounting to over € 500,000 euros. Obviously, the police were called.

When news of the incident spread, most people sided with the worker. The man is a father and in dire straits financially. Of course, such an action cannot be justified, but users did not put the full blame on him.

If the employer had respected respected salary payment rules, none of this would have happened. But, even given this, was it reasonable for the worker to do what he did?
