Nobody likes to be underpaid and exploited, but getting fired after justifiably asking for a pay raise is even more frustrating. And not to mention the fact that after the firing, the company blatantly continues to use the work and materials of the ex-employee. This story is about how this happened, and how a former employee finally took his revenge on his ex-employer years later.

A young videomaker found himself in an unpleasant situation: after asking for a fair salary increase, he was fired. Finding a new job wasn't easy, but then finding out, three years later, that his former company was still using his files and his work was even more traumatic. The young man's revenge, however, was not long in coming.

The employee's account went like this: "About 3 years ago, I was working as a video maker doing social media content for a successful company. I was paid just over the minimum wage, although at one point I was turning out about 50 videos a day." It goes without saying that the toxic work environment and the increasing and oppressive workload contributed considerably to the stress of the employee in question. Somehow, however, he managed to continue to work for them for 6 months, until he pointedly asked for a pay raise. At this request, his employers not only refused to concede  - they actually fired him. They used this as a way to warn all their other employees not to "push us too hard".

It was not easy for the employee to find another job, but in the end he managed to keep going. Three years after the firing, the videomaker logged into an old account that he hadn't checked in a long time - a drive where he had stored his historical work. To his astonishment, the young man found that many people (at least 18) had access to his files. It was his old company that, unbeknownst to him, continued to use a lot of the material he had produced. At that discovery, the videomaker flew into a red rage: this was simply adding insult to injury! And this is where his revenge took place.

The man made a copy of the files for himself, and then deleted everything: the next day, his ex-bosses would find a nasty surprise! And some of the deleted files were files that the company's employees were still working on.

In short, after 3 years, this ex-employee finally took his revenge. How would you have reacted? What do you think of his revenge?
