A new way to use tasty and nutritious chickpeas!

The idea of eating patties or burgers attracts you, but you do not eat meat? With a simple dough made with chickpeas, you can make a very simple vegan version, that will definitely not disappoint!

Start by blending the contents of a can of chickpeas, add onion and garlic (powder or fresh), a pinch of salt and baking powder, and finally two tablespoons of lemon juice.

Shape the chickpea dough, giving it the typical form of patties or burgers and cover with bread crumbs, and then you can either fry them or bake them in the oven. Very tasty!
