Do you know how a hot dog is produced? It starts with a mixture of finely chopped chicken, pork, and beef to which is added a mixture of flavor enhancers, in addition to salt.

It then proceeds to be "packaged" in the classical form in which it is known. All this takes place in an industrial context that appears to be far from what we imagine as being appropriate for the production of food for human consumption!
