He puts salt on sand, what comes out may impress you but ... not bad!

What you see is a method commonly used to capture the Solen marginatus, commonly known as razor clam; it hides in the sand, but is terribly attracted by salt. Be warned though: often in some areas these animals, which are important to the ecosystem, are protected and may not be taken.
