The grandson had recently returned from a trip to the United States, then once he got home, he had attended a 15-year-old's birthday with friends and acquaintances; it is a pity that throughout this period, the boy named Eric Luciano Torales, 24 years old and a resident of the town of Moreno, Argentina, was in contact with 71 year old grandfather Luis Maria Suarez, infected by Covid-19 and who later, after days of illness died, unable to defeat the virus.

The retiree, who became the 28th victim of Coronavirus' death in Argentina, was later hospitalized in a private sanatorium in the western part of Buenos Aires. Furthermore, in the municipality of Moreno, after taking a positive swab from the 24-year-old grandson, 26 cases of Covid-19 are thought to have been caused by the actions of the young man, now denounced by the mayor of Moreno for having put at risk the public health.

The young man is under house arrest in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires where he has been living for some time; Eric also had to delete all his social network profiles after the legal complaint directed against him.

The 71-year-old grandfather started developing the symptoms of the infection on March 22. On the 25th they confirmed from the Buenos Aires clinic that he had contracted the respiratory disease: Luis had a past history of hypertension and diabetes. During his hospitalization, he had breathing difficulties and required mechanical breathing assistance, but unfortunately after just over a week of worsening health, he did not make it.

The young man had returned from a trip to Miami on March 13, then on the 14th he had attended his cousin's 15-year-old party, where grandfather Luis was also present. At that time, however, Eric Torales did not yet know he was positive for Coronavirus and in Argentina there was still no mandatory isolation after a trip to the risk areas.
