He was born in 1967.  Yep, you got it. This man, named Chuando Tan, has already passed the threshold of 50 years of age, although no one would say or believe that before taking a look at his identity card.

He began as a photo model and then converted to photography but what has made headlines are his selfies that he has posted on social media websites.

What is the most frequently asked question? The secret of his youth, of course. Well, here is how MrTan is able to make even a 20-year-old green with envy.

In the 1980s, he became famous for having posed for various magazines and for singing pop songs for a short period.

Today, his main area of work is in photography, but it is his own selfies that have made the Internet talk about him.

Many claim that it is the fact that he lives in Singapore, as well as genetic factors, that help him keep his youthful appearance.

Chuando Tan, however, reveals that his diet is very special and this is probably what helps him to stay young.

In fact, Chuando starts his days with six eggs and two egg yolks, and to keep cholesterol in check he accompanies the eggs with a glass of whole milk and sometimes, with berries and an avocado. This menu ensures the right amount of protein.

The most common dishes in his diet are rice, fish, and grilled vegetables; ice cream is a self-confessed weakness so he allows himself some ice cream as a mid-morning snack. He doesn't drink tea or coffee and consumes a lot of water every day. In addition, he has also banned smoking and hard alcohol.

Physical exercise and workouts also play a very important role.

Chuando spends at least 90 minutes each day practicing sports or working out. He loves to swim in a swimming pool and does so for about an hour a day. Sleep holds a place of importance in his health regime, which is why every night he tries to rest for at least six hours. "Trust me, going to bed early is really worth it", he confirms.

But is it really just these things that contribute to his good looks?

This man lives a life that is certainly not possible for everyone and many would say that his good looks are also due to the lack of stress, a certain amount of economic security, and having the time available to dedicate to his favorite activities.

Perhaps, more than his diet and sports activities, in life what is most important is to do what you like. Do you also think that this is true?
