A truly original idea, that of creating a cake from pieces of yeast-based dough! Let's see how to prepare this marvelous baked dessert!

First, make your yeast-based dough by combining 20 g of melted butter, 150 ml of milk, a teaspoon of yeast, 20 g sugar, 3 g of salt and 200 g of flour, then let the dough rest for 30 minutes.  Next, roll out the dough slightly and cut and form the portions into balls, as shown in the video.

After you have done this, dip the dough balls into the 30 g of melted butter and finally into some brown sugar mixed with a little bit of cinnamon.

Put the dough balls into a fluted baking mold and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes. Turn over the mold and voilà, doesn't it look fantastic?
