When the summer heat is oppressive, there is nothing better than to cool off with a refreshing popsicle; and if it is also healthy and nutritious, so much the better!

In this video, we show you how to create wonderful fruit popsicles that you can customize any way you like. In this case, to make these popsicles with completely natural ingredients, we used watermelon juice as the liquid base; in the absence of a blender, it is also possible to use organic fruit juice.
