Fried chicken is a dish that would make a lot of people's mouth water, but unfortunately, eating it is not really healthy for the liver due to the excess oil or fat used to cook it. 

To get a result quite similar in taste while not sacrificing its light crispy texture, try this variation in the oven.

First, just let the chicken drumsticks marinate for a little while in your own special sauce mixture. Next, dip the chicken drumsticks in the flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and lay them on a mini-grill pan with a rack. Then just place the pan in the oven at 200°F/94°C for about half an hour. Absolutely mouth-watering!
