To keep fresh garlic from going bad, freezing it is a great way to always have it on hand and ready whenever you need it.
However, before putting fresh garlic in the freezer, it always a good idea to remove the skin that surrounds the cloves and this can be particularly annoying.
Good news! Here is a simple and easy way to remove garlic skin! Just cut the base of the garlic cloves and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. Next, take them out of the microwave, wait a few more seconds, so as not to burn yourself, and then easily remove the garlic skins!
