It is said that whoever cheats once will be a cheater forever - but do you agree? We don't think it's a fixed rule, and there are many exceptions to this generalisation. In general, however, there seem to be a class of people more "inclined" to cheat than others - others who would never consider doing such a heinous thing. Unfortunately, it is always a great trauma to discover that you have been cheated on by your partner and, most of the time, the relationship ends abruptly and it ends up being ruined forever.

Mohs Mayfair, a boy from Chelsea, was very disappointed when he found out that his girlfriend was cheating on him - not least of all because, at the time, he was preparing to buy her a € 480,000 Euros ($ 550,000 dollars) diamond ring!

When starting a relationship with someone you always have to evaluate many aspects of the dynamic you share, such as what are the true intentions of the partner: do they want a long-term relationship? marriage? children? In short, before committing to a relationship you should examine what the other is looking for and what you yourself are looking for, with the utmost honesty. Mohs Mayfair, in fact, thought he was engaged to the "right girl" and he did not hesitate after a year of being in a relationship with her, to throw himself into a total committment for his beloved partner: he bought a 5.5-carat white, radiant, cut diamond ring for € 480,000 Euros! The young woman had seen the ring as the two were browsing at the shops and she hadn't been able to hold back her enthusiasm for it. A few days later, the boy was convinced he needed to buy it for her and took on the huge expense voluntarily. Fortunately, however, he only left a deposit for the order as the ring would only be ready a few days later.

Unfortunately, however, the young man came across a series of strange messages between his girlfriend and a stranger on Instagram, in which both referred to him as her "ex". When Mohs confronted the girl on the subject, she kicked him out of her life, ending the relationship - and right on the day Mohs was to have given her the engagement ring! Fortunately, the young man had not yet paid the full amount for the ring and was able to get his deposit refunded. But the disappointment in him was burning like a wild fire: "I was furious," he said.

Mohs explained that: "It was pure disappointment. I felt betrayed mostly because it made me question whether she had been with the other man throughout our relationship. Later, she texted me and said, ' I've been thinking about you a lot lately'." She told Mohs she was very sorry, and she swore that it was only a brief fling she had had with the other man. This naive young man had hoped that the girl he loved would remain faithful to him, but unfortunately he was wrong. The important thing, however, is that he found out in time!
