What would be better than a nice foot bath to detoxify your body and take some time for yourself? During the summer, our feet can finally breathe again and women, especially, love to show off open shoes and, of course, perfect feet. To have "fairy feet", however, you must try to have a certain dedication and take care of your health all year round. It's not only a question of aesthetics, but also and above all of one's well-being. The feet are "the extreme periphery of the blood and lymphatic circulation and give impetus to the entire circulatory system": targeted work on the feet, therefore, will help you to reduce the sense of swelling and avoid the stagnation of any toxins, at the same time helping to nourish your whole body. Starting with a regenerating foot bath is an excellent idea to start taking care of yourself and satisfy your desire to have "perfect feet" during the summer! Here is a simple and inexpensive way to do it at home.

First, choose a time of day to dedicate exclusively to yourself, when you are sure you can have some peace - then, follow these simple steps. The ingredients you will need are common in all home pantries and, in any case, they are extremely cheap: lemon, water, salt, bicarbonate and, as an optional option, shampoo. Take a basin (or, in the absence of one, use the bidet) and fill it with hot water. Add a few drops of lemon juice, a little salt and baking soda. You can add the shampoo to the whole mix and leave it to dissolve for a few minutes. Dip your feet and ... relax!

Let your feet soak for at least 10 minutes and then complete your foot beauty routine with one last step: equip yourself with your favorite scrub and start massaging your feet. Now, don't forget to apply your favorite moisturizer to nourish and refresh your feet. Don't overdo the scrub, but repeat the foot bath whenever, at the end of the day, your feet feel tired and swollen. You will see that thanks to this natural and super cheap method, your feet will be smooth and soft again!
