The Internet is a place of great opportunity; many use it to ask for help in the hope of being able to reach as many people as possible. The more people hear what we have to say, the more likely they are to offer help in situations that would be impossible to get out of without valid support. The story we are about to tell you is a story-symbol of how the web, if used in the correct way, can lead to a beautiful happy ending.

Felice Capita is the 24-year-old son of Mrs. Anna Piacquadio, an unemployed woman from Monza who, for over a year, was desperately looking for a job. The mountain of CVs sent out left and right seemed destined to remain piled up in corners, especially after the arrival of Covid, the main cause of the economic crisis at many companies.

After a year of doors slamming in her face, Felice, an IT employee, realized that to help his mother there was nothing left to do but to exploit his skills in the field and rely on the people of the web, publishing an ad on LinkedIn, a platform focused on the job market: "She is my mother and she has been looking for a job for more than a year, but despite being a competent, educated and helpful person, she is having a hard time finding a job". Although his mother was seeking a post as an administrative employee, the woman would have accepted any other job without any problem, given the severe crisis period due to the pandemic. The announcement was published despite the initial skepticism from the woman, the daughter of a generation very different from the current one.

Much to his surprise, the boy's gesture paid off after only 48 hours! It was, in fact, after only two days that mother and son received hundreds of emails from companies promising that they would take a look at the woman's resume; among these the much dreamed of proposal: a real estate company offered her a fixed contract with the possibility of obtaining commission on sales. After she ccepted the proposal, Anna was immediately summoned to begin her training period.

Felice was pleasantly surprised by how the web had mobilized so quickly to help his mother; after all, they were strangers who might have ignored his appeal. Given his positive experience, the 24-year-old wanted to take advantage of it to give advice to young people who, eager to find a job, are often discouraged by advertisements on the internet: "I have noticed many comments from people who complain, but also many companies who are offering work, I don't want to lecture anyone, but maybe you need to know how to search in the right way ".

Undoubtedly sharing is the most beautiful aspect of the web and stories like this can really teach us how crucial this can be in changing someone's life. We just have one wish for Anna, we hope that this will only be the beginning of a brilliant career!
