Cooking bacon may seem simple, but the risk of getting it dry and hard can be really high. So this chef reveals his trick to make perfect bacon: water. Pouring a lot in the pan, it makes sure that the initial cooking temperature remains low and the meat retains its liquid and its tenderness. Then, when the water reaches the boiling temperature, the fat will be now completely melted, avoiding the risk of burning the meat. The end result will amaze you.
