Pita is a flatbread that is a baked preparation halfway between pizza and bread and its delicious softness would conquer anyone. Its preparation is simple and in this video, you can follow each step.

The ingredients are --- 250 grams of flour 0, two teaspoons of instant yeast, half a teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of sugar. Once you have combined all the ingredients and mixed them well, you can pour everything into an electric mixer (or a large bowl to work the dough with your hands), add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, 250 ml of lukewarm water and start kneading the dough. 

For the next steps, just follow the tutorial video, but remember  --- pita flatbread has to be cooked first on one side and then on the other and you can use both the oven or a common frying pan!
