Each of us has experienced stress, regardless of age, gender, or profession.

Stress can initially be an encouragement to overcome obstacles and problems but when it lasts too long or occurs frequently it becomes very dangerous! To be "stressed out" is not just a feeling, this condition presents specific threats to the organs in our body.
