Isla McNabb, from Kentucky, is a 2-year-old little girl who has left everyone speechless for her amazing skills, despite her tender age. As her mother, Amanda and father Jason, have said in various interviews they have given, ever since she was born they had noticed something unusual about their child. As time passed, her peculiarities became more pronounced and the two parents discovered that Isla was able to write down some letters and she had a growing vocabulary. This advanced knowledge in a infant so young is not normal and this phenomenon encouraged Isla's parents to investigate.
As time passed, it turned out that the little girl was not only able to write and had a good command of the alphabet - which is only typically achieved between the ages of 6 and 7 for children - but she was also able to count, do some very simple calculations, to pronounce words correctly and to read. In short, Isla is a true child prodigy and her achievements encouraged her parents to have her IQ tested.
