Wearing makeup is fun, as well as appearing nicely-groomed, perhaps with a touch of bright colors --- these are all things that are always positive but no woman would mind also having a clean, bright, and radiant face when she is not wearing any makeup, right?

For this reason, it is important not to forget the importance of skin care and to learn the tricks to use to best enhance what we like most of ourselves!

Each area of the face can be given the specific attention it needs to give the whole face an enviable appearance!

For a face without makeup, eyebrows play a fundamental role. First, identify the shape that best suits your face (you can get help from a professional esthetic or follow these instructions), treat them with beaver oil and vitamin A to make them stronger and thicker and, if you prefer, you can dye them with henna, dye or semi-permanent make-up techniques that guarantee a decisive but natural result.

The eyes are the fulcrum of the face, so even when you do not wear any kind of makeup you can still do something to enhance them. First of all, you need to moisturize the area subject to bags and dark circles and investigate the cause for these if you have any. For example, it could be the lack of sleep or vitamins.

Another step to be integrated into your daily routine is to use an eyelash curler. If the instrument intimidates you, know that it is really harmless, just get someone to explain to you how to use it.

Rule 3: Take care of your smile.

Few things illuminate a face more makeup than a dazzling smile! Have your teeth cleaned at least twice a year, avoid brushing your teeth immediately after consuming acidic foods, and limit the consumption of drinks that stain teeth such as tea and coffee.

Rule 4: Do not forget your lips.

Our lips are an area that we think we can enhance only through the use of a coloring pencil and lipstick, but in reality, you can still take care of your lips even if you prefer a no-makeup look. You can do a light scrub to remove dead cells (use a cotton stick) and moisturize your lips with a specific product, which can also be completely natural.

A face without makeup surrounded by dull-colored and disorderly hair is not very attractive. If you dye your hair, natural shades are to be preferred, as well as choosing the right haircut or hairstyle appropriate for your face.

Exposure to sunlight is dangerous for the health of everyone's skin and in addition, it can lead to the appearance of premature wrinkles and skin spots. Therefore, choose a quality product that best protects your skin from UV rays and all that will remain is the splendor of a healthy and tanned face and body!

A routine that is beneficial for your face involves adequate hydration in the morning and a cleansing before going to bed that will allow your skin to breathe well. Other beauty treatments are useful if performed in the presence of a real need and in any case, should not be too frequent or too invasive. Otherwise, the risk is to get a result that is contrary to the one hoped for!

Nighttime rest is the best way to maintain healthy skin (and a healthy body in general!). Therefore, try not to shorten the number of hours you dedicate to this restorative activity.

Many women also suggest sleeping belly up, so as to avoid that the creases that are formed by contact with the pillow end up turning into wrinkles.

Healthy skin also depends on what you eat. In principle, here the advice is to avoid as much as possible processed foods and to increase the consumption of those that are natural antioxidants such as fruits and vegetables.

This advice applies to clothes and hair color and depends mainly on your complexion. A face without makeup tends to appear lighter and less defined, so opting for very dark colors may not be a good idea, as well as using white or light or dark and heavy colors (depending on your complexion) because this will only accent either paleness or darkness.  Consequently, give space to colors but pay close attention and choose those colors that go well with your skin tone.
