Is there an activity that is more strenuous than cutting wood? There are probably only a few others because chopping an infinity of logs into pieces, without stopping requires the use of many muscles.

Moreover, if the level of attention lowers, there is the high risk of a serious injury! For all of these reasons, the man you see in the video has invented this wood cutting machine using whatever tools and materials that could find on hand. 

Maybe his woodcutting machine is not very sophisticated or high-tech but ... it seems to function very well, and that is what counts!
