A cross between a gym and a showcase for fit and sculpted bodies, "Muscle Beach" is the meeting place for many bodybuilders in California. 

One day, the young bodybuilders gathered at Muscle Beach are joined by a very insistent old man who is very competitive! Surrounded by mocking phrases and sarcastic looks the "elderly" man surprises everyone by lifting some very heavy weights seemingly without effort!

In fact, under the guise of an elderly man, using makeup and his grandfather's clothes, is the famous bodybuilder Kenneth Leverich!
