When Jeffrey Kendall, a 26-year-old American man, moved to Connecticut with his mother, he suffered a violent head injury and gained a lot of weight as a physical but above all psychological consequence.

Therefore, the young man in the following years accumulated a good deal of extra weight and above all a lot of sadness and depression that also negatively affected his self-esteem.

But everything changed for Jeffrey when he was convinced by a friend whose heart had just been broken, to join him at the gym as a kind of mutual therapy.

Initially hesitant, Jeffrey began a very long path of hard and regular physical training that later led him to also attend a Yoga course, which allowed him to lose more than 66 lb (30 kg) and acquire new confidence and self-esteem.

The photos of his transformation, posted by the young man on Reddit, were immediately shared on various other social media platforms, thereby, winning the hearts of countless viewers.

Now, it seems that Jeffrey Kendall seriously wants to pursue a modeling career. And how can anyone blame him, especially a young man like him, who has become an example and a model of rebirth?
