Here are the 7 health problems that mandarin oranges solve better than any other remedy!

All fruits are good, and mandarin oranges, in particular, because they are rich in vitamins C and B complex and numerous minerals - magnesium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, selenium, and zinc - all of which make mandarin oranges powerful allies against numerous disorders.

Furthermore, being composed of 88% water, they are ideal for combating dehydration and constipation.

But to be exact, it is not only the mandarin orange fruit pulp - loved by both adults and children - but also their peels, effective in countering the following 7 problems. Here is how to prepare and use mandarin orange peels to take advantage of all the natural benefits.

  • 1. BRONCHITIS. Put the peel from half a mandarin in a glass of hot water and let it sit for half an hour before drinking this infusion. 
  • 2. COUGHS. Cut the mandarin peels into small pieces and let them dry in the air; then add them to a glassful of hot water and let it sit for a week. Then take 20 drops three times a day. 
  • 3. NASAL CONGESTION. Put several mandarin peels in a container of boiling water and, for at least 10 minutes, inhale the steam that is produced. 
  • 4. DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS. Dry the mandarin peels and finely cut them until you get a powder, which you can add to any food. And in this way, you will avoid the risk of stomachache or heartburn.

  • 5. FOOT FUNGUS. To get rid of foot fungus, just rub a mandarin peel on the part affected by the fungus twice a day for a week. 
  • 6. PHYSICAL EXHAUSTION AND INSOMNIA. Procure a white cotton bag and fill it up with mandarin peels. When needed, bring the bag close to the face and breathe in the aroma for at least 15 minutes. This remedy is also effective against headaches. 
  • 7. HYPERTENSION AND TACHYCARDIA. Add tangerine peels to three quarts (3 liters) of water, and boil. Let it rest for an hour, then filter the water and use it to take a bath a day.
