A bouillon cube is a concentrated cooking preparation used to enhance flavor that we usually buy at the supermarket. But have you ever thought about preparing bouillon yourself, perhaps using ingredients whose origin you are more confident? 

Just try this recipe and you will discover that you can make beef bouillon cubes that give more genuine and long-lasting flavor to your dishes! 

To make beef bouillon you need:

150g of celery

a sprig of marjoram (if wish you can also use thyme and sage )

If you want, you can also store the beef bouillon in glass jars but in this case, you will have to water can them by closing them well, putting them in a pot and covering them with water, and letting them boil for 20 minutes. Once cooled you can put them away and use them over a period of one year.
