Her grandmother has dementia, what her granddaughter does, moves the whole family

Sophie's grandmother suffers from dementia, so during the first visit of the little girl, the family was not sure how she would react. Surprisingly though, Sophie was incredibly sweet, and cutely sings her "You Are My Sunshine".
