If you love onion rings, here is a recipe to prepare a much healthier version at home. As a matter of fact, it is simply the heat from the oven that will make them absolutely irresistible!

After cutting a large onion, separate the rings and coat them with flour and set aside. Next, in a bowl combine breadcrumbs, corn flour, curry, paprika, garlic powder, salt and any other favorite spice. Now, in another bowl, mix two eggs, 125 grams of milk, 70 grams of flour and two tablespoons of melted butter.

Dip the onion rings into the batter first and then in the seasoned bread crumb mix and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes and enjoy!
