Would you like to prepare a different recipe using eggs? Here is an original and very inviting recipe that is prepared with only egg whites.

First get a muffin pan, grease it with oil, and then fill each cup with salad (we used corn salad) and tomatoes chopped into very small pieces. Next, separate the egg whites and place them in a pitcher.

Now, pour some of the egg whites over the veggies in each of the muffin pan cups, sprinkle with salt and bake at 190° C for 20 minutes.

Now you have a nutritious and easy solution for a tasty meal on the fly!
