Do we have to stop social media or is this just how the world is evolving ?

Did you know the average person spends 4 years of their life looking down at a tiny screen? Most of us couldn't live without a smartphone or an ipad and it's rather funny how we’re using social media (and our phones) to tell others that we should step away from it all.
