The dish that we propose is suitable for anyone looking for a quick and easy recipe without sacrificing taste and originality. You need one cup of uncooked rice, two chicken breasts, and one chopped onion.

In the video, a packet of freeze-dried onion soup and a can of creamed celery is also added, but they can be replaced with a good meat broth. Put the ingredients in a baking dish - first, create a bed of uncooked rice, then place the sliced chicken breasts over the rice.

The last step is to add the broth and the chopped onions! Well, that's about it! Your delicious chicken casserole dinner is almost ready! All that remains is to put the baking dish in the oven at 160°C for two hours!
