One of the most famous recipes of French cuisine is certainly crème brûlée, also known as burnt cream or vanilla custard which, with its crispy crust and its delicate flavor, still continues to enchant and captivate hundreds of thousands of gourmet food lovers worldwide.

Despite its fame, however, its preparation is not as complex as one would imagine! In fact, it is actually quite simple! Just take 950 ml (32 oz.) of cream, 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 6 egg yolks, 100g (3.5 oz) sugar and follow the instructions in the video clip. Voila!
