How happy is a couple? There is no scientific and sure way to say how happy a couple is by looking at it from the outside. Only the couple knows, living day by day, the problems that occur within the relationship.

Everyone, on the other hand, is able more or less, to pretend to be happy together, projecting an image of themselves as a couple that is different from reality, in order to appear in the eyes of others as something that they are not in reality.

Nikki Goldstein, an expert couples relationship consultant, has attested that an indicator of a couple's happiness is how much they publish online about their relationship on their social media profile.

Those couples who clog up their social media profile pages with countless selfies, posting about even the most trivial situations, in reality, according to the study, do this to disguise their insecurities about their relationship. Consequently, they post every activity, every situation that they experience, even the most banal, with the aim of letting the whole world know how happy they are together.

Happy couples, on the contrary, always according to this study, do not feel the need to post anything to show their happiness. It is a feeling that belongs to them and that does not need to be touted to the four winds to make it real.

Among other things, couples who want to take a picture together and immediately upload photos to social media networks, often do not truly live the moment they experienced with their partner. On the contrary, they are more interested in seeing how many likes they receive as soon as the photos have been posted.

Happy couples, on the contrary, do not need an external evaluation to feel happy; they do not need to count the likes received under their photos, and they certainly do not base the success of their relationship on how others react to it.
