Fruit desserts are a great way to satisfy the desire to eat something sweet while controlling the amount of sugar you consume, by taking into account the sugar already present as a natural ingredient in the fruit chosen.

The recipe that we propose today is made from bananas and prepared in just three easy steps. In a frying pan, add melted butter, brown sugar, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon, stir constantly so as not to burn the sauce.

Next, slice the bananas and add to the sauce in the frying pan and mix well. The last step is to add a portion of rum which is ignited with the flame from a lighter. Let the fire burn until it extinguishes itself after burning off all the alcohol in the rum. Then, serve with vanilla ice cream. Delicious!
