In this video, we will see how to transform a simple plastic garbage container (with a lid) into a composter.

After drilling holes on all sides of the plastic container and the lid, to ensure sufficient ventilation, start to fill it with suitable organic waste such as grass clippings, egg shells, coffee grounds, and flower cuttings; next add a layer of brown soil. Continue to fill your composter by alternating one layer of organic waste with one layer of brown soil.

Important: Remember to regularly water the compost bin. Furthermore, you should not put any bones, meat, bread, dairy products, dog feces or diseased plants into the composter.

After a few months, you will have obtained an excellent organic compost, a natural fertilizer that respects your health and the environment!
