Prevents rice from getting lumpy. When cooking rice just add a spoonful of lemon juice to the boiling water and you will see that at the end of cooking there will be no lumps! 

Slows down the deterioration of fruit. If you happen to cut fruit and do not consume it, the slices will tend to oxidize, assuming a dark brown color. You can avoid this process by rubbing or sprinkling some lemon juice on the cut fruit, you will see that hours later, it will still be very appetizing!

Skin toner. If your skin is oily or greasy, you can use a cotton ball soaked in fresh lemon juice to remove the oily sheen and clean your skin.
