Not everyone is lucky enough to fall asleep as soon as their head touches the pillow, for many people, it is more complicated! Some try counting sheep, and there are those who use some calming herbs (such as valerian), while others resort to taking sleeping pills.

The remedy that we propose today is so simple that it is worth a try! Prepare a banana and cinnamon herbal tea! Just put a whole unpeeled banana in boiling water -- but first cut off both ends -- add dry powdered cinnamon, then boil for 10 minutes.

I recommend that you make sure that the banana is organic because it should be cooked with the skin. Drink this banana tea before going to bed and ... Sweet dreams!
