How to keep cut ripe avocados from browning?!

Have you just entered the magical world of avocados and since then do not miss out on buying this delicious, healthy, and versatile fruit?

Then you might be interested in finding out what is the best way to store cut ripe avocados and prevent the left over part from becoming brown.

In this video, we observe a guy as he does various tests by keeping in the fridge for 72 hours several ripe avocado halves (in a sealed plastic bag, coated with olive oil, immersed in water, in a plastic container with pieces of red onion, with drops of lemon juice on the open surface and finally, with nothing).

The result obtained shows that putting leftover cut ripe avocado in a plastic container on top of chunks of red onion is the best way to prevent the fruit from becoming brown (in second place is the use of lemon juice).
