Aperitif cocktails without notice? So as not to let your friends down this time either welcome them with these delicious croissants stuffed with salmon.

To prepare them, get yourself a roll of ready-made puff pastry and cut it into wedges. Prepare the bechamel sauce by dissolving 100 g of butter to which you must add 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir, then add a glass of milk.  Next, add the salt and nutmeg.

Now, place a spoonful of bechamel sauce on each slice of pastry and cover it with a piece of salmon. Roll the puff pastry from the base of the triangle and shape the croissant. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Enjoy your aperitif snack!
