Perspective is one of the fundamental rules of drawing. In the absence of perspective, even the best works would not be very pleasant to the eyes.

The use of perspective allows for the linear representation of a two-dimension figure in space making reference to a vanishing point towards which all the lines in the drawing converge.

This video reveals the easiest way (and also the most brilliant) to draw in perspective! Simply fix one end of an elastic string or a cut rubber band, at the vanishing point and the other end on the opposite side of the sheet of paper, at the same height.

Now, just move the elastic string or band up and down and the lines will practically draw themselves!
